Staying an ever-green student has proven to be one of the best arrows in my leadership quiver. I have always had a voracious appetite for learning and as I have grown personally and professionally, I have continued to seek out wisdom and knowledge from others. The trick is to filter everything you read through the context of purpose. How will you use this information? Can you adopt what the author recommendations directly or does it need to be adapted for ministry?
